1. Wait 2–5 minutes

Some services send emails with a delay, especially at busy times. Don't press “Resend code” many times in a row — many sites then block sending for a while.

2. Check Spam and Promotions

Gmail, Outlook and others sometimes put code emails into Spam or the Promotions tab. Search for the site's name.

3. Make sure the address is typed correctly

An extra dot, a trailing space or gmial.com instead of gmail.com are the most common reasons. Copy and paste the address instead of typing it.

4. The site may not accept your email domain

Some sites don't accept temporary addresses. If the email doesn't arrive only at a disposable address, try another temporary address or a permanent anonymous one from @neatbox_bot.

5. You may have hit the attempt limit

After several requests, sites often pause sending for 10–60 minutes. Wait, then try once.

6. The code arrived but doesn't work

Use the most recent code — earlier ones usually stop working. Codes are often valid for only 5–15 minutes.

7. Contact the site's support

If nothing helps, the problem is on the service's side. Tell them which address you're waiting on.

Stop hunting for codes in every email

In Neatbox temporary email, the code is shown in large digits with a “Copy” button, and the confirmation link becomes a single “Confirm” button. The email arrives within seconds and shows up on the page right away.

FAQ

How long does a code email take?

Usually under a minute. If nothing arrives within 5 minutes, check your spam folder and the address you entered.

Why did the code go to spam?

Email providers sometimes mistake automated emails for marketing. Mark it as “Not spam” and future ones will land in your inbox.
